I just had to write to let you know on paper, how much we have been enjoying our new kitchen. It is all we had hoped for and more! It is bright, beautiful and amazingly functional. Your help and guidance in all aspects including the functional design, the appliances and the layout were crucial to the incredible outcome of this project. Your suggestions regarding lighting, materials, which appliances we should get, where they should be placed and how the cabinets should be laid out were so helpful in creating the look and feel we desired. I had been putting this project off for years, and am so thrilled that we did it with you and your company APJ Builders. I should also mention that not only did you achieve beautiful and functional results in our kitchen re-model; but also added a customized buffet (using the same stone and cabinetry as was used in the new kitchen), as well as a newly installed living room planked ceiling which we had wanted for many years. All of these projects were completed in the time frame you had projected and the results are truly magnificent. Our entire house has a new, open and coastal feel, which we were really hoping for. I also wanted to thank you again for the smaller details including under cabinet lighting, power strips, and even customizing our oven knobs to match the color of the oven interior! Thank You so much for all of your hard work, kindness and coordination throughout the whole project. I can't recommend you highly enough!

Andy immediately provided me with an estimate for the work I needed at my home. After agreeing to the fair and detailed evaluation of the project I was confident I found the right company.

I have had the privilege of working with Andy Joinnides over the past 10 years on a series of houses in a wide variety of styles. Andy was on time and on budget which was of critical importance to me. In fact, he completed an entire new roof in 3 days by adding people to get the job done as winter was approaching. He was extremely knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He provided pictures as the project progressed as I was unable to visit the site and he was always available to discuss the project in detail. I would hire him again without any hesitation and recommend him to others!
